Cospolich's engineering capabilities are a source of great pride. Our Engineering department possesses hands-on field knowledge of the industries we serve. During our engineering process, the most important considerations for our products are what features and operating conditions will best serve our customer's requirements.
Engineering and Design both maintain a close, day-to-day working relationship with Production. This team approach to the entire process allows Cospolich to maintain standardization, which translates into lower costs, without sacrificing quality or serviceability.
Our capabilities allow us to consider any new design, or model modification, and rapidly produce engineered drawings and a product rendering. We then forward this information, along with our customer's suggestions, to Manufacturing where the design is produced.

While we have led the industry in utilization of computer generated production, with laser cutting equipment, Cospolich has never lost sight that the reason for any leap in methodology is to deliver better service and a better product to our customers.

Every cabinet body manufactured by Cospolich is insulated with a long-lasting foamed-in-place technique, boasting excellent insulation properties, as well as adding strength and integrity.
To create our foam insulation, a special climate-controlled area, unique in the industry, is utilized. This control over the critical foaming process assures that the material is always handled within ideal conditions, which yield a higher quality finished product. Every interior surface and the exposed areas of cabinet exteriors are constructed of heavy-gauge stainless steel, which assures years of service without aesthetic degradation. The beauty of the cabinet remains long after delivery has taken place.
