Modular Submarine Hatchable Horizontal Hot Proofing Cabinet, 28" Wide X 32" Deep X 30" High, 115V, 60 Hz, 1 Phase, constructed of heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel with stainless steel food files included. Positive mechanical latches are included on all standard cabinets to assure positive latching and sealing. Available in hinge right or hinge left. Alternative grades of stainless steel, electrical voltages, and refrigerants available upon request.
